Justice Mohan Lal Verma, M.A., LL.B. - Born on 3.4.1942. Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in September, 1964. Joined Indian Revenue Service (Income-Tax Department) in July, 1966 and resigned from that service in December, 1971 and started Practice in January, 1972. Became Advocate on-Record in the Supreme Court in September, 1973. Functioned as Junior Standing Counsel of the Income Tax Department in the Delhi High Court from 1977 to 1979. Senior Standing Counsel of Income Tax Department from 1979 to 1980. Additional Standing counsel of Delhi Administration 1981 to 1983. Appointed Judge in the Delhi High Court on from 13.7.1990. Resigned on 6.7.91.
