Justice Mahinder Narain

Justice Mahinder Narain, M.A., LL.B - Born on 24.3.37. Enrolled as an Advocate of the Delhi High Court on 13.2.1962. Enrolled as an Advocate on Record of Supreme Court of India in 1964. From 1965 to 1980 he worked as a Partner (Rajinder Narain & Co.) Advocates). Appeared in Supreme Court, High court and District Courts. Did all kind of cases involving questions of Civil Law and Trial work in recovery of money suits for banks upon cash, credits, Guarantees, Letter of Credits, etc., Company Law cases, Hindu Law, Partnership, copy rights, patents & designs etc. Civil and Criminal Writ Petitions. Appointed Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court on 04.07.1985 and permanent Judge on 29.10.1985. Worked as Acting Chief Justice w.e.f. 04.12.97. He expired on 07.02.1999.
