Justice Shiv Narain Shankar, M.A., LL.B. - Born, 13th October, 1915, Joined Bar in 1937. Appointed in 1960, Senior Counsel, Central Govt. in High Court till his appointment as Judge, Delhi High Court on 25th May, 1967. Appointed Chief Justice, Orissa High Court from 1.11.1975. Retired on 13.10.1977.
