Justice Muhammad Kassim Muhammad Ismail,M.A., B.L. - Born, 8th February, 1921. Educated atNational School, Nagapathmaiam, Presidency College and Madras Law College, Madras. Enrolled as an Advocate on the rolls of the High Court on Madras on 22nd July, 1946. Did appellate and Original side work in all branches of Law on the Madras High Court, Part time lecturer in the Madras Law College from 1951 to 1959, Additional Govt. Pleader, Madras from 1959 to 1962. Appointed Additional Judge of the High Court of Delhi on 20th February, 1967. Permanent Judge of that High Court on 25th May, 1967. Transferred to Madras High Court with effect from 13th November, 1967. Retired on 8th February, 1983.
