Justice Devinder Kumar Jain, B.Sc., LL.B. - Born on 25.01.1948. Enrolled as an Advocate on 9.8.1974 and practised in various Courts and Tribunals regularly. Appointed Additional Standing Counsel for the Income-Tax Department from 2.1.1986 and Senior Standing Counsel from 1.9.1987 and handled all types of civil and criminal cases. Appointed as an Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court from 19.3.91 and permanent Judge of that High Court from 23.1.92. Elevated as Chief Justice of P & H High Court w.e.f. 11.03.2005.
