Justice Gokal Chand Mittal, B.Sc.LL.B. Born on 4th March, 1933. Enrolled as an Advocate in the Punjab and Haryana High Court on 10.10.1956. Practised mostly on Civil Side of the High Court at Chandigarh. Appointed Additional Judge, High Court of Punjab and Haryana from 19th February, 1979. Appointed permanent Judge on 10.6.1982. Appointed as Chief Justice, Delhi High Court w.e.f. 5.8.91. Retired on 4.3.1995.
