Justice Vinod Sagar Aggarwal, B.A., LL.B.- Born on 20.8.1940. Enrolled as an Advocate in 1962 and practised for 3 years in the Punjab and Haryana High Court in Civil and Criminal matters. Worked as Judicial Magistrate at Amritsar from 1965-67; Subordinate Judge at Delhi from 1967. Promoted to the Higher Judicial Service. Appointed as an Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court on 10.11.94. Transferred to Punjab & Haryana High Court on 30.11.94. Appointed permanent Judge on 8.1.1996. Retired on 20.08.2002..
